Rooms & Houses is looking for reliable and professional Property Hosts & Inspectors to join our growing Property Services Network.
As a Property Host, you’ll be responsible for welcoming tenants, carrying out property check-ins and check-outs, documenting property condition, and reporting maintenance issues.
Responsibilities
Conduct tenant check-ins and check-outs
Complete inventory reports
Record HD video walkthroughs
Take professional property photographs
Record utility meter readings
Hand over and collect keys
Test smoke and carbon monoxide alarms
Report maintenance issues
Upload inspection reports
Requirements
Excellent communication skills
Professional appearance
Fluent English
Dutch is an advantage
Own smartphone
Own transport preferred
Able to work evenings and weekends
Attention to detail
